Questions
Can we have a quick call first?
No — and that's deliberate. We're an email-only studio, which is part of how we keep the price where it is. Everything you'd ask on a call is answered here or by replying to [email protected], usually within a few hours on weekdays.
What do you need from me?
A link to your product or service, who buys it, and anything we must or mustn't say. If you have a logo, brand colours or product photos, send them and we'll use them. If you don't, we'll work from your website.
What exactly do I get?
MP4 files in 9:16 (vertical), 1080p, with captions burned in, plus a short note on which platform each hook suits best. Each ad runs 15–30 seconds.
Who owns the videos?
You do, outright, for unlimited commercial use. We may show them as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.
What if they're not right?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll revise within 24 hours — one round on Starter, two on Growth. If after that the ads still don't match your brief, we refund you in full. Taste is subjective, so the brief is the measure — which is why we ask three precise questions up front and confirm them with you before we start.
Is it really 48 hours?
From the moment you answer the three questions, yes, on working days. Order Friday evening, answer Saturday, and you'll have ads by Tuesday at the latest.
